I had high hopes for this app but it's useless. The app does not start the test because it could not detect my headphones that are paired with my phone (Bose Bluetooth headphones. They are working perfectly). I only got through the first step of determining that the background noise level is good for the test.

All I get is white noise, no digits regardless of volume. Had a friend test it to make sure I wasn’t deaf, she got same result. Downloaded the pro version too, it doesn’t go past headphone icon- no arrows to move on. I’m sad because I am a Speech-Language Pathologist and Better Speech & Hearing month is coming up in May! Could be a great tool...

I tried Beats and another headset and this app did not recognize either one no matter how many times and in what sequence I connected and disconnected and opened and closed the app. This renders it virtually useless.
