Can’t get OTP using US number

Going to echo other reviews: I was unable to get an SMS confirmation using my foreign (US) phone number. Tried several times, and nothing. Pretty lame, since having WiFi on the MRT would be nice. It would be entirely better if they just used email instead of SMS; non-Singaporeans would be much better off.

Guess no one is maintaining this app. Tried it with different phones at different times with different accounts and never could get it to work. Latest time I tried is today with ios17. Can’t get on the server to complete registering. Might as well not have the app. What a waste of time.

Bad User interface but got it to work

So all reviews are true, but you have to just trial and error a lot to get it to work and just be very patient. This app works at a snails pace probably because your using a Singapore line to cross the USA. I found the last two networks works for US lines.
