How to fix Glambu app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Glambu app on iPhone
Update Glambu app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Glambu iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Glambu on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Glambu network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Glambu Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Glambu not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Glambu App
1. On android, goto Settings » Glambu » click [Force Stop]

Update Glambu to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Glambu App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Glambu » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Glambu.

Fix Glambu unable to contact server/ Glambu internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Glambu » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Glambu » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Glambu
