I canceled after my trial period, and instead of canceling, it took the year fee out of my account. Now I cant even get into the app to try to figure out why but it still took my money. I want a refund!
I just got charged $70+ to my card when I had already cancelled my subscription! Now I’m trying to recancel it because it seems it hasn’t stuck and now I can’t find the cancel subscription button for this app??? Please help!! And let me know it’s cancelled!!!
I want to cancel my 7 day free trial but I cant find it on my google account.
Ok this is the second time I am leaving a comment, and I have to say I’m not very impressed. I tried to explain my situation to the 24/7 help and they just sent me to a link to purchase an additional package, when I told them that I would like to see if the charge was on the correct account, as it came out of my bank account, but I accidentally made two accounts.
It says I paid a little over $70 on my pay pal account, but it doesn’t say that on my Strongher account.

The workout themselves are just alright. They are not at all customizable and they are too short and low level for my fast. They are really only for people just starting out at the gym. I definitely recommend only paying one month at a time because you will probably want to move on to longer/more intense exercises as you get stronger. I recommend using the Fitbod app instead - its free and super customizable.
But what really upsets me about this app is how TERRIBLE the customer service is. I paid for $30 for the subscription and was charged an additional $20 for a meal plan that I never received. They only have two contact methods: Facebook and email. I reached out via both methods twice. I never received a response on Facebook. I received a response on email after several days only to be treated like I was stupid. The representative (Pam) kept insisting that they sent it and told me I was probably checking the wrong email (after I told her THREE times that I had triple checked ALL of my inboxes, spam folders, and trash folders). What a waste of money. $50 I sincerely regret spending.

This has to be the worst workout app I’ve used by far. I was looking for something to switch up my routine so I decided to give this app a try. I selected advanced and these workout are not challenging or “advanced” in the slightest. I am
beyond disappointed and regret spending my money on this. You cannot customize ANYTHING. It doesn’t even let you record the weight you used so how could it accurately calculate how many calories burned? You can’t change the layout of the workout or see the future exercises once you’ve begun. Everything is set up as a superset which is very difficult to do when in a gym, jumping back and forth from two machines or areas of the gym is just ridiculous, not to mention inconsiderate of other gym goers who would like to use the equipment also. I’d give zero stars and get my money back if I could.

Short version: They trick you into buying a plan for a “trial” period immediately take it out your bank account and no matter if you like the app or not during that week trial it doesn’t refund you
Long version: So I got the yearly subscription to try it out and the payment immediately got taken out of my card. I didn’t care too much about this because I figured I’d like the app. I was wrong the workouts are fine I guess but honestly don’t think it’s tailored to you personally either way I just didn’t like the app after three days of trying it out so I cancelled it but I doubt I’ll be getting a refund(even though there was a trial week) It’s just not worth it in my opinion there’s so many better apps that don’t trick you into “free trials” only for you not to get your money back if end up not liking it.
