How to fix Pi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pi app on iPhone
Update Pi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Pi app issues:

Force Stop the Pi App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Pi app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Pi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pi App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Pi app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Pi.

Fix Pi unable to contact server/ Pi internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Pi » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Pi » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pi on android.
