I cannot get schedule or ticket availability for the ferry to Vieques. The starting point Cieba Ferry Terminal is one of the choices, but not the same in Vieques.

It does work on their webpage. Also, there is no FAQ about how far ahead dates are opened up for sale. So I am having to check the website daily in hopes of getting tickets for next month when available.

So will have to use NY Waterway instead

I have downloaded CityExperiences twice, but each time when I get to the location services page I cannot proceed. It looks like maybe I should be able to scroll down and click a button, but I am unable to scroll.

I’m an annual pass holder with Potomac Water Taxi, now owned by Hornblower, and have been unable to access CityExperiences . The confirmation emails that are sent do not contain an active link to confirm my sign-in. I had hoped the latest update might address that problem, but it continues. I had been looking forward to the convenience of an app, but it’s been nothing but an exercise in frustration.

Downloaded CityExperiences 4 times. It won’t move to the next page after allowing notifications and Siri. Not worth a 5th download.

What’s the point for the residents of Vieques and Culebra to have CityExperiences when all the tickets are sold out online and the only option we have is to get up extra early to and get in line to see if we can get a ticket to get to the main island and come back

Hard to navigate through the ads and fluff to the buy page. Does not show tickets for sale on some dates unless you scroll forward and back through months. Slow response. Tracks location.

Just downloaded CityExperiences and I cannot search for a cruise. It does not have any functionality whatsoever!

Why doesn’t your app work?

Won’t even open while on cellular. Crashed on Wi-Fi.

Btw: if you click on to their water taxi tab, app crashes.

CityExperiences crashes when trying to buy tickets for the Criss Bay ferry. I submitted crash reports but never get a response.

This all crashes literally every time I open it within seconds.

CityExperiences is 327 mb — for reference, similar apps like Groupon or anything like that are around 125 mb. The size of CityExperiences makes me believe that the developers do not know what they are doing and I would not trust them with any of my personal information. Recommend you do not download CityExperiences or delete until they prove that they can reduce the bundle size to something reasonable. This amateur stuff, which is why I wouldn’t trust these people.

I like your app. But it seems I can only open it for Puerto Rico ferry. I cannot see a download for CityExperiences for my iPhone?

I went on a couple cruises and loved it so much that I downloaded it. Beautiful app and very helpful!

Big fan of CityExperiences. My girlfriend and I cruise with Hornblower fairly often so this makes it easy to have tickets really accessible on my phone
