No access to ferry from Cieba to Vieques through the app

I cannot get schedule or ticket availability for the ferry to Vieques. The starting point Cieba Ferry Terminal is one of the choices, but not the same in Vieques. It does work on their webpage. Also, there is no FAQ about how far ahead dates are opened up for sale. So I am having to check the website daily in hopes of getting tickets for next month when available.

Can’t rate because I can’t access the app

I’m an annual pass holder with Potomac Water Taxi, now owned by Hornblower, and have been unable to access the app. The confirmation emails that are sent do not contain an active link to confirm my sign-in. I had hoped the latest update might address that problem, but it continues. I had been looking forward to the convenience of an app, but it’s been nothing but an exercise in frustration.

Unable to use the app

I have downloaded the app twice, but each time when I get to the location services page I cannot proceed. It looks like maybe I should be able to scroll down and click a button, but I am unable to scroll.
