Glitch on app

I am not able to even get on to Ferly past the initial page where you click “continue” or “log in” it just closes Ferly when I click continue… pretty disappointed.
Doesn’t work

I was super excited to try this, but every time I try loading any audio file, it just gets stuck in a loading loop. I am running the newest version on an iPhone 11, so I’m not sure what the glitch could be. Really disappointed I didn’t get to actually try this.

I reached out to support to cancel, but they said I needed to go through my Apple subscriptions. It is not included there; rather, I can only find it on my credit card statement under “Leilka Limited London”. I continue to get charged $14.99 a month. Please help me cancel!
Wish it was more accessible

I love the idea of Ferly, but would love it even more if it was more accessible. Every “lesson” is kind of like a podcast. It would be nice to have a written version of these lessons so they could be done on the bus, at lunch, etc rather than having to listen! Or even videos with captions. Just something to think about!

I thought this was a scam so I wrote a bad review. Now I’m rewriting it and I am so happy that I went with the year-long subscription. This is some really hot stuff! Ferly is a scam or a piece of crap. As soon as you open it after subscribing the screen turns white. Not sexy at all. I want my money back.
