I bought led lights that tell me to download the app but i can't download it

Custom mode and schedule on/off are not working at all.
The app not picking up the Bluetooth.. other devices finding the Bluetooth for the led bit not the app. And why sell the product and nothing is being done every customer is experiencing the same thing. Doesn't look good on your name
App keeps crashing every time I try to connect to device uninstall then reinstall then restart phone app still does the same thing cannot get my lights to come on what do I need to do to fix this problem
I can see it’s connected on Bluetooth but it’s not doing anything. I deleted the app and reinstalled and restarted my phone. What else should I do?

App worked once with glowkit but it won't even bring the device up in the list and keeps giving error crash message now
This used to work great and I had 2 rooms connected. Now 1 room turns on when plugged in but is not responsive to any control once connected. The other room connects but will not even turn on.
I lamp app is not connecting with the device, no reason why.
