My app just disappeared and I went in and downloaded it once again and it still disappears when I select it.
Hiya, I have an iPhone X and I’ve been having issues with both the LED Lamp App and the LED GLE app. I mainly use the LED LAMP app but occasionally use the LED GLE app as a last resort. When I switch my lights on, the LED lights go red and the application picks up the device for about 10 seconds, then the device disappears and the app is not able to detect the bluetooth receiver device. As a result, the lights just stay red and I’m not able to control them whatsoever. I can’t change the colour or turn them off. I did some troubleshooting and tried to uninstall then reinstall the apps several times but that didn’t work. I tried to power the lights off and then turn them on but that also didn’t work. I bought a new Bluetooth receiver and switched it out to no avail. I thought that there might even be an issue in the light circuit so I disconnected the Bluetooth receiver from the lights on my vehicle and tried plugging them into the new set of lights that came with the new receiver that I bought but I experienced the exact same problem. Finally, I tried to use another phone but the same issue seems to still present itself. Can someone please give me some assistance on the issue at hand? Kind regards, Emmanuel

Update, after the latest update I no longer am able to connect to my lights. One star because zero is impossible.
As the title says. It is a rather cool app. Gives me control of the rgb halo on my lightbar. Only real problems I have had are connection reliability and the music NEEDS playlist support! I CANNOT be searching through every song on my device every time I want to use the light show feature on my lightbar. If this is updated I would buy more of these style lightbars. Otherwise the search continues for a lightbar with a better app. Overall good app with very few major bugs.
Worked Ok until it didn’t

I’ve had the LED strip for 2 years and it worked well providing light. I could deal with the fact that every update reset my custom colors, which wasn’t terribly often. However, the latest update doesn’t even allow me to connect to the strip at all anymore. I am having to use the I clouded remoter to turn it on and off and if and when it resets, I will lose the color that I have it programmed as. I will have to look into another solution and that’s why I’d discourage the purchase of this product at this time until the app is fixed

This was a gift. I loaded the app and it worked ONCE then completely locked up the phone and has never worked again even with a complete reload. This has dropped something in the device that prevents it from ever working even though its deleted and reloaded.
I loaded it on an iPad and the exact thing happened.. it worked once, the app locked up and refuses to load again even with a delete and reload. I am going to figure out who to email at Apple to report this since it seems to leave something behind once deleted
