I ordered several photos and somehow they got to the delivery when it's sad one hour photos I needed them the next day for a funeral I got charged $15 at Walmart and then for their through your delivery service I got charged over $60 I do not want to pitchers the pictures through the delivery I want it canceled and I want my money back thank you Lisa Puma Phone number 4403714303 thank you

Recently made a order where the purchased on my back account went through but the order with the pictures did not and or failed to process and my money haven’t got back to my account as it supposed to & I just send a email hopefully they respond.

The amount of 5 star reviews on this is baffling

Is it easy to use? Yes. Is it reliable? Nope. I placed an order for a few photos on this app around 8am and it said my photos would be ready at ANY time after 8:57am. I walked in at 10:30am asked the girl in the front register for my pictures. She could not find anything. She told me there was no record of my order at all. I show her the app and how I placed an order and it said ready after 8:57am. She didn’t know what to say other than sorry. I proceeded to just get on the kiosk and print the photos there. When I got home I threw the pictures away. They were terrible quality. They looked like a filter was out over them (when there wasn’t). The colors didn’t match ex. A green tree on the picture in my phone was yellow on print. My son was wearing a sweater on one and it looked like it was badly photoshopped in him. Waste of money. Then at 9pm the same day my husband goes in and the girl at the register asks if he’s here for the prints (she had just seen him in a picture). How did this even happen??? From no record to it magically popping up hours later. Ridiculous, those went in the trash as well.

No Cancellation Option

I am not satisfied with your APP. I placed an order with a local CVS, and upon arrival they stated that their print machine wasn’t working. I really need to have photos printed today and searched everywhere in your app to cancel the order so I could order at another CVS store; yet you don’t offer this option. I don’t want my personal photos printed at this particular CVS since I’m going elsewhere to have them printed. Please add a cancel order feature for customers? Also, your APP should have a feature to detect if a particular CVS store print machine is inoperable and provide customers with other functional local CVS stores to choose from where their print machines are functioning. This was a huge inconvenience. It’s 2 days later and my photos still haven’t been printed.

Broken printer not accounted for

First time user, and was really excited about how easy it was. Selected my photos, completed my order and it said they would be ready in an hour. Perfect, I wait for email that they’re ready. It doesn’t come… for two days. Finally I go into the store and ask what was going on. Turns out the printer had been broken for a week and they don’t know when it would be fixed. It would be nice if the app got feedback from the store when critical equipment was down and then gave the user an alert about this when selecting their pick up locations. Hoping for better luck at Walgreens!
