Having great dificulty in contacting golfpass to cancel my subscription and get a refund

I had GolfPass billing issues last quarter of 2020, so I had the mistaken subscription cancelled. Since December 2020, I did not receive any more billing from GolfPass. I am surprise, that GolfPass is again billing for subscription, which I have already cancelled and did not re-enrolled this year. Why will I be charge on my credit card, when I did not renew my credit card because of this unauthorized billing. Besides, I did not even attempt to access any of your lessons nor make golf reservations. GolfPass is of useless for me. I can not even travel due to travel restrictions on the Pandemic. Please cancel your billing and reverse the charges you made on my credit card. Reference billing is 800-767-3574 ($105.44).

Not Receiving Tee Time Credits with Annual Pass

I purchased the annual pass through the App Store on July 7 and still have not received any of the monthly tee time credits promised as part of the membership agreement. On the App, my membership card lists “member since July 07, 2021” and “valid through July 07, 2022.” It should be for this year, not next year. I’ve called the customer service number several times to have these issues resolved, and have been told they will be fixed each time, but they still are not. There is no email address to try to contact for further support, only one phone number to call, where I end up having the same conversation each time. One customer service rep did send promotional credits as compensation for these ongoing issues, but those are only valid Monday through Thursday and I can only golf on weekends, so they are not much help.

Where is The Big Break

I joined to watch The Big Break episodes, after watching a couple of seasons there was no way to search for more (I’m using an iPad). When you search for Big Break, you’re more likely to index anything but or you keep getting the same few seasons to choose from. I’m a hacker, I might get a lot out of this app, even move up membership level but I want to choose what I want to view. Until this is fixed maybe some clue within FAQ’s to navigate the search function if there’s a trick I’m missing.

Needs to get better

Sorry but this app is missing a lot of features that you are probably use to with other apps. Just a few of the problems I see, big break only has 1-8 then skips to 13. You never know which episode you watched and it does not save where you left off. Tiger project - the sound / mouth movement is totally off when watching on Apple TV.
