I purchased the annual pass through GolfPass Store on July 7 and still have not received any of the monthly tee time credits promised as part of the membership agreement. On GolfPass , my membership card lists “member since July 07, 2021” and “valid through July 07, 2022.” It should be for this year, not next year.
I’ve called the customer service number several times to have these issues resolved, and have been told they will be fixed each time, but they still are not. There is no email address to try to contact for further support, only one phone number to call, where I end up having the same conversation each time.
One customer service rep did send promotional credits as compensation for these ongoing issues, but those are only valid Monday through Thursday and I can only golf on weekends, so they are not much help.
