I purchased the annual pass through GolfPass Store on July 7 and still have not received any of the monthly tee time credits promised as part of the membership agreement. On GolfPass , my membership card lists “member since July 07, 2021” and “valid through July 07, 2022.” It should be for this year, not next year.

I’ve called the customer service number several times to have these issues resolved, and have been told they will be fixed each time, but they still are not. There is no email address to try to contact for further support, only one phone number to call, where I end up having the same conversation each time.

One customer service rep did send promotional credits as compensation for these ongoing issues, but those are only valid Monday through Thursday and I can only golf on weekends, so they are not much help.

Content is a dream come true for me. Love everything about this app. Would be 5/5 except in iOS app, I cannot find a way to go from vertical to horizontal, which means no full screen video. I have tried every trick I know to force it, but for now, since I can watch horizontal full screen direct from the website, GolfPass is fairly useless for me. Hopefully this gets fixed soon so I can up my rating.

Got the in-app subscription, but it wouldn’t sync with my pre-existing this app account and I was forced to get a refund from Apple because the this app member services didn’t know what to do to link the subscription to my account. Basically to get this fixed I had to manually subscribe on the this app side for a slightly higher price, then sign into that account within GolfPass . I want this fixed for others and for my troubles a compensating credit for the difference in monthly subscription price.

I love the content of GolfPass. I would prefer the layout of GolfPass to be more similar to other streaming apps because I am used to navigating those. Also, casting GolfPass from my phone to the tv is a frustrating experience. Once it is casting, if I open my phone for anything, GolfPass immediately restarts the episode and then I have a hard time navigating back to the spot I was at in the episode.

I joined to watch The Big Break episodes, after watching a couple of seasons there was no way to search for more (I’m using an iPad). When you search for Big Break, you’re more likely to index
anything but or you keep getting the same few seasons to choose from.

I’m a hacker, I might get a lot out of GolfPass, even move up membership level but I want to choose what I want to view. Until this is fixed maybe some clue within FAQ’s to navigate the search function if there’s a trick I’m missing.

I’d expected to find some of what I love about golf with my account. I didn’t expect the waves of benefits and features that are included. A tee time a month would have been good enough for me but instead I get all sorts of videos and movies plus discounts on TaylorMade and other awesome brands. Seriously fantastic idea and so glad I joined.

As my title says this is an outstanding app for the golf junkie. It’s a one stop shop for golf entertainment and learning. I am a this app plus member and I’m very satisfied. I am able to access discounted tee times at all times now, as they have added earlier tee times. The instruction is the best I’ve seen. It has made golf affordable and accessible.

I think the various shows and instructional videos in golf pass are pretty good. However, the user interface of GolfPass leaves a lot to be desired. and that’s why it gets a 3 star rating.

It’s 2021 and the iPad app only supports a vertical orientation. If you rotate the iPad to a landscape orientation, GolfPass doesn’t adjust and follow suit. You have to go to full screen mode and then the video will rotate.

It’s 2021, and I’m really surprised by the lack of polish and finish on GolfPass given the association with NBC.

As a paying subscriber, I expected better, and GolfPass makes the content viewing experience much less desirable as a result.

I have been a member since they began as Revolution Golf. Their instructors have always been top notch and the videos are extremely easy to follow and very helpful. I am now a lifetime member and look forward to excellent instruction for many years.

I’m not always on this app every minute but I check it out frequently. There’s always something I can find to help me swing. I look at it as if I had my own couch in my pocket. I keep a iron and driver in my condo. ( very high celling). I use all the excursuses at the gym. Will renew when my subscription ends

I’ve watched all of the Big Break that you have on here; you’re missing 2 seasons, I REALLY wanted to see the season with the Finaus on it.
I’m consistently in the low 80’s, let’s hope these instructional videos will help me dive into the 70’s.

I would definitely recommend GolfPass for all passionate golfers like me. I get a tee time credit every month which saves me at least $50 every month plus all the waived fees and instructions I get access to. Amazing

Undeniably the BEST content available, no matter where you get your golf content from!! This is absolutely insane, from lessons, daily routines to Feherty!!!! Look no further and your game will change!!

Great to find unique and never seen before video in here and to find interviews with a young Tiger Woods and Jack - its excellent. I haven’t tried the free shipping yet but the instruction is solid. Would love see Daily Routine with tour superintendents, caddies, politicians who love golf.

Sorry but GolfPass is missing a lot of features that you are probably use to with other apps.
Just a few of the problems I see, big break only has 1-8 then skips to 13. You never know which episode you watched and it does not save where you left off.
Tiger project - the sound / mouth movement is totally off when watching on Apple TV.

Today was the first time I broke 90, I want to thank Martin chuck and his series Breaking 90, I shot a 88 at a course a month ago I shot 97, what a great learning tool GolfPass is. I highly recommend it!!

All big break episodes and past tourneys... what more could you ask for

Overall GolfPass and content are great. I would give it 5 stars if you allow for landscape orientation on the iPad. It’s very frustrating I am locked into a portrait perspective.

GolfPass doesn't remember where I left off watching The Big Break, it's really annoying. Generally no way to check what I have already watched and where I left off.

I love the number of videos that GolfPass offers. Super easy to find the content you’re looking for. I use this almost everyday and still feel ill only be able to watch 10% of the instruction videos.

Great app to watch instruction videos during your downtime.

It is not optimized to use the iPad keyboard and won’t allow the keyboard to size.

I’m paying money for golf lessons here that can easily be found in YouTube WAY easier.

Clicking login on GolfPass menu doesn’t do anything. Can’t even see the login screen for username and password. I just paid the annual subscription and I am unable to view the videos.

This needs to be fixed ASAP
