scanning doesn't seem to work at all with samsung a33. light and bg should be fine and shows the view good but scan doesn't recognise any cards

Hi, With my phone it seems impossible to scan any card. I tried with different backgrounds and lighting, but nothing works. When I check videos of other people scanning cards I see it works very fast and their lighting and backgrounds are usually not better than mine. Leaving me to think the issue is with the compatibility with my phone. I also cannot find any other people complaining about the scanning not working. I also tested the app Poke TCG from Dragonshield and thisone scans cards very easily on my phone as well. But I would love to use the official pokemon app I have a Samsumg Galaxy S21. Running android version 13

2. restart Pokémon TCG Card Dex.

Fix Pokémon TCG Card Dex unable to contact server/ Pokémon TCG Card Dex internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pokémon TCG Card Dex » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pokémon TCG Card Dex » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
