I have a problem with Pocketdex

User reports:
No current problems

- UI in some areas could use a little tweaking

- Search in the Pokédex needs work

- Manually analyzing every Pokémon through screenshots is time-consuming

- Incorrect stats for some Pokémon

- Can't update or edit Pokémon once they're scanned in

- Battery life and time of phone is caught with the screenshot

- Doesn't scan all Pokémon and can't manually add those that won't scan

- Pokédex isn't appealing

- Needs access to photo library and can only scan one Pokémon at a time

To resolve Pocketdex network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Pocketdex App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pocketdex » click [Force Stop]

Clear Pocketdex App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pocketdex » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pocketdex.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pocketdex » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pocketdex » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pocketdex
