Get Pricing Info for CanaryHello, I promise this isn’t a complaint. My boyfriend and I met on ship in October of 2019 and have plans to get married within the next year! I would love to be able to access our messages from the very beginning but when I tried to go all the way back to the beginning of the conversation, it only went back so far. Would you be able to send the entire convo for nostalgia’s sake? Thank you for introducing me to the love of my life! -Megan and Derek

I just can’t. The whole idea of only being able to see who likes you if you invite more people is infuriating (the “Sparks” thing). Why isn’t there an option to just pay for another tier, like every other dating app? I already have exhausted my pool of single friends, so now I’m stuck with “likes” that I have no access to. Also, why doesn’t the app at least automatically insert the likes into your dating pool so you can at least have a shot to match with them, like how Bumble does? I supposedly have six “likes” waiting on me, but no one left to swipe on in my dating pool? Come on. Hard pass on this terrible dating app. Stick with Hinge for actual results.

So, assuming everyone remembers the app has access to your Contacts List... I got this notification from Ship last night, “T-minus 2 days until Aunt ***** asks why you’re still single. Better start matching”. Well Ship, the Aunt you chose passed away 2 months ago, so real classy. I know you can’t please everyone, but may I suggest you use generic words like “family” or “friends” instead of being creeper stalker-like with your technology. Would be better if you didn’t remind your app users of their family members that are NEVER coming to Thanksgiving dinner again AND the fact they’re still single during the holidays. Made me feel great. 🙄... Thanks.

I got a notification that I got a match and he messaged me. I opened it and answered promptly, and the conversation immediately disappeared from my list. A couple minutes later I got a notification that he messaged me again, and when I tapped the notification, it just brought me to the Home Screen for the app. Normally I would assume I just got unmatched but I got the second notification after realizing the conversation was missing in my list, so either the notifications are messed up or the conversations are. Either way, not too happy
