How to fix Podcast Player app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Podcast Player app on iPhone
Update Podcast Player app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Podcast Player iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Podcast Player on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Podcast Player network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Podcast Player Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Podcast Player not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Podcast Player App
1. On android, goto Settings » Podcast Player » click [Force Stop]

Update Podcast Player to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Podcast Player App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Podcast Player » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Podcast Player.

Fix Podcast Player unable to contact server/ Podcast Player internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Podcast Player » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Podcast Player » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Podcast Player
