Disappointed

I am so disappointed with this program this entire time the 30 day front splits program has been free. While the other programs were watching a video or a one time payment. Now I have it updated automatically and it’s no longer free. Very disappointing to be working on a front splits goal to a free option for individuals to now have to pay. There was no warning that the free option would be turned into a payment.

Not a good app for beginners

30DaySplitsChallenge is good for people who are already knowledgeable in yoga/stretches. It only shows you a photo of a stretch or yoga pose. It doesn’t educate you on what your form should be. Oh and also on some of the stretches it doesn’t have you switch legs, arms, or sides when necessary.

No need for Premium

I paid for the premium thinking that this will add more options to the split workout, I was really shocked to find that the 60 days split is same as the Free front split but instead of 30 days we get 60 days, really !!!!!!!!
* And why the same exercises for the whole period 60 days?! Just adding time!!!
It would have been great if you made changes to the techniques from week to week while adding time .
* when you create a custom workout you cannot Name it, Delete it or Modify it in case of any mistake.
* when you create a custom workout you cannot rearrange the exercises or give more time to specific exercises.

Finally the screen going off , really !!! In 2019 and we still have to turn the phone ON manually every few seconds just to keep training , why not force the screen to stay on during a training session so I can focus on my split instead of being frustrated to check the time every few seconds.

No sound

The exercises are great, but the sound doesn’t work and my screen times-out during each exercise. Would be 5 stars if this was fixed.

Meh

I don’t like the layout of 30DaySplitsChallenge . The sound was not working for 30DaySplitsChallenge so I do not know what that feature is like. 30DaySplitsChallenge uses pictures instead of video so it’s hard to tell how the exercise is suppose to be preformed. Also the lack of video means my phone does go into sleep mode unless I change the setting which, in my opinion, is a lot of work to use one app. It just isn’t the smoothest or user friendly workout app I have used. I did not even finish the first day because of how hard it is to follow. It is the most cost effective app I found for flexibility and I do want to learn the splits but after trying 30DaySplitsChallenge I rather pay to use a different app.

Effective but boring

You can’t listen to music while using 30DaySplitsChallenge , but there is no music or verbal coaching/counting. My screen auto locks while using 30DaySplitsChallenge , so constantly reaching to keep the screen lit.

The stretches and sequence to build up flexibility is effective but so annoying to use.

Awesome

30DaySplitsChallenge is so Amazing I have had it for 1 week and I can already tell I am improving other people have as well. I am not the most flexible and I am a dancer and wanted to find an app to make me be able to get my split in a month or so. I almost have my split and I am so excited. I will update this once I am done with my 30 days.

Nice App, few tweaks needed please

This is a good app. But there are a few things to update please.
1. Not all figures are appropriate for the exs. Eg. see knee to chest stretch (right)
2. Not all exercises have right and left where it would be necessary. Eg. see Seated neck release, shoulder stretches, tree pose, warrior 1 and 2, triangle (perhaps some are intended, but some should be both sides
3. On iPhone there is still ads when seeing exercise description
4. Would be nice after creating custom exercise program to be able to re-order the exercises.

Impressive

I am very stiff and was nowhere close to my splits when I started this. I finished and my splits got almost a foot lower. I am giving this only four stars because I did not get my splits, but 30DaySplitsChallenge really is amazing.

Good app for free

It’s been 20 days I’m using 30DaySplitsChallenge after my weightlifting workout, it really helps me to get that discipline I wanted to do my splitting stretches nearly every day! Thanks!

This is amazing!

So I had my right splits before getting 30DaySplitsChallenge and I was kinda of close to having my left splits but I’m stiff as a board, I mean I have a stiff back, bad arches...you name it😂Everyone’s body is different and it may take longer than others to be able to achieve the splits. Some of us are naturally flexible and some of us are as stiff as a board. Take your time and don’t give up even if you don’t see improvement right away or even a week or so into the challenge, your body just has to get more and more used to stretching especially if you are a beginner. This will take time, patience, and effort but don’t give up! By the time I completed the 30 day challenge I had both splits and very close to my middle and I’m already working on my right and left over splits now!

I only just started using 30DaySplitsChallenge, but it’s great! It has a full month of programming for both forward and side splits, and has an explanation of each stretch included. Absolutely fantastic.

I love 30DaySplitsChallenge! Don’t listen to the bad reviews, go ahead and try this out because I used to not be flexible like at all. Now, I have my splits after doing all the 30 day exercises in one day. I GOT MY SPLITS IN ONE DAY. Like that’s incredible! I owe it all to 30DaySplitsChallenge. 🎈💎

Amazing

I am on day 2 of this and I really love it! I really recommend 30DaySplitsChallenge to any person trying to get the splits and any gymnasts that need to have the splits. I am a gymnast and I need to get more flexible to do some of the stuff so I got 30DaySplitsChallenge but I wish you could make one to get the back more flexible because I don’t have a very flexible back for gymnastics.

I’m only a couple days in and I’m already seeing big improvements. One the first day of me doing 30DaySplitsChallenge my splits went down a inch, and once again that was only on the first day! If u want to get your splits down this is 30DaySplitsChallenge ! I’ve tried many apps for the splits but I end up deleting them bc they weren’t working and as I was downloading this apps I didn’t think it would work just like the other apps but I rly 100% does! So who ever made 30DaySplitsChallenge good job. 👍

Perfect

First, I LOVE (♥ω♥) 30DaySplitsChallenge. When I first got it, I was really excited to start stretching. I'm a level 3 gymnast and most of my friends went to 4, so I thought if I could gain flexibility, I could move up. I did the 30 day challenge for splits, and when I was done, I was SO CLOSE to reaching the ground after one workout. I really prefer 30DaySplitsChallenge if you like yoga, want to get the splits, or just get out all of the pain in different places.
