Be wary as when the service works it works but when issues arise client services is non existent abhorrent to say the least, non communicative, and this has been ongoing and has gotten worse….i’d rather pay more to another courier where you receive support adequately in the marketplace, so shop around other couriers before using Shappi, be forewarned..I have already started contacting their investors

Si tienes un inconveniente o duda del estado de tu paquete nunca recibes una respuesta, llevo tratando de contactarme con ellos desde el 14 de octubre por tres paquetes míos y nunca me responden solo se activa el bot
