It takes forever to sync certain coins. It takes for example Zcash and Dash 60 to 180 minutes to sync or download the blocks, which means it doesn’t reflect your true wallet balance until hours, let me repeat that HOURS later and if lucky. It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!! There is no way to contact them, no number, no email!!! WAY TOO TECHNICAL. Last update they did, it scared me, because I thought I lost my coins. If you are new at blockchain stay away from this wallet because it is extremely technical and you may end up losing your coins. It took me a good 10 minutes to figure out what on earth they did due to the new update, and I am not new to blockchain. Security is great and everything, but security is only as good as it doesn’t backfire on your own account. I will either take all my coins out of this wallet or just not deposit anymore.

Took hours to finally sync 100%. In that time I had to keep the app open in order for sync progress to run. No access to current funds in that time. Then after it completed, I closed the app; when I reopened it, it started syncing all over but this time it took several minutes to hit 100% and allow access to funds. Nice looking app, but worthless if it’s going sync like that and not allow access to crypto. Ridiculous!
Tech support shouldn’t respond unless they’ve fixed the issue. There’s too many other apps that work correctly, don’t waste my time telling me you're working in a solution.

I had transferred my wallet to another device and my funds were there. Now after this update I look in my wallet and my bitcoin is gone. I’ve been trying to get in contact with any support staff for the last 2 hours but nothing. Go with another wallet. I’m waiting on the wallet o synch but it has to synchronize from 2014 for some reason. I’m still waiting for someone to get back from there email.
