There are multiple ways to get to the same thing. Makes it confusing for people. You can view your account through settings and if you press your name at the top. That’s dumb and confusing. Nowhere does it say on the box that the lights can work with music. But it can SOMETIMES? Idk do you guys randomly put that feature in every couple boxes? I purchased two & only one can do that and it’s NOT the one I already stuck to something else. So so I have to pull it all off and the adhesive won’t stick. The adhesive isn’t even 3m. It’s trash. I had to use a razor to stick between the adhesive and the paper that covers it. If you pull off the tab you guys left to pull off the adhesive it literally rips off the whole adhesive OFF of the lights meaning you won’t even be able to stick it anywhere. The app is confusing even for a 24 year old tech savvy millennial. I can’t use half the features you listed. This app and product is garbage. Returning it back to Walmart tomorrow. Don’t buy this trash.

Very inconvenient to work with

I have spent SOOO MUCH TIME trying to connect the lightstrip to wifi. Even with me checking off the list to make sure i had 2.4ghz wifi (which for some reason they dont take the stronger 5Ghz). I got them to connect one time and they worked for one night. Then as friends were over, they started blinking again even though my wifi was fine. This company tried to be cool by giving the app to control it, but as its flawed and hard to work with, you would hope to have a remote to work it incase the app stopped. NOPE. They give this singular button attached to the initial wall plug cord, so if you want a different color, you have to get up and play with the button. Just hope you didnt put it up high to the ceiling like majority do but to change it from "white" (which is more so blueish) to red will be a pain.... i would NOT recommend

Won’t connect, very disappointed

Okay I got my new LED lights two days ago, I got the app and started to pair it. Every time I try to pair it, it doesn’t work I’ve tried multiple times but every time it either says can’t find or try again. Personally I think it’s stupid not to include a remote with the package because having all by app is incredibly ridiculous. Not all people have the right internet or don’t have enough money to compliantly change the internet just to fit the means of the LED light. And what if the app isn’t working such as what is happening with mine. Also your instructions are completely inaccurate and hard to follow, if you are looking for good LED lights look for one that at least comes with a remote. Thank you for reading my review and please be cautious.
