Fabulous but missing key feature for money mgmt

5 - 1 — need a split rating on this one for 5 stars and 1 star. I’ve been using YNAB for a few years and it has changed my ability to effectively manage my money. For various reasons I was looking for a different tool and did side by side comparisons between a few apps via 30-day free trials. this app was hands down my favorite. It’s awesome but I stayed with YNAB because of one thing. this app is missing a way to enter transactions manually before they clear your bank account. For me, this was a dealbreaker because I would be a nervous wreck about overdrawing my checking because I can’t see what my balance is projected to be when I issue payments. I checked with the support team and they confirmed that this is true, the only way a transaction will show up in my checking account is when it clears the bank. With YNAB, I’m able to manually enter transactions when I issue payments or write a check, but not with this app. So for me to use this app, I would have to use a manual check register on the side. So I stuck with YNAB as I didn’t find any other app to beat it even tho this app is better except for this one fundamental piece of functionality that’s missing. I hope manual transaction entry is on your backlog - if it’s ever implemented, I’ll switch as soon as I find out.
As suggested in another review, I’d also love to see a release newsletter to email to track updates. As soon as manual entry is there, I’m in!

Only $70/year!?

This was the first app where I felt like I needed to pay more. Seriously, it just provides so much value for personal finance! I used Mint for years, tried the this app free trial, and it was a no brainer for me to pay the yearly subscription. Copilot is just so freaking intuitive and syncs transactions immediately. I just got a spicy deluxe at Chick-fil-A then opened Copilot and it already synced into my transactions and into the correct category. The feature I use most often is the dotted line spending rate. I can see how much I am over or under budget everyday on a graph which helps me stay on target for the month. I noticed when the winter storm hit Texas my spending rate started to plateau underneath the budget because we were stuck inside not buying anything. Once the snow/ice melted I knew we had some extra budget for going out to buy food. Copilot also has amazing widgets for iPhone so you can keep your finances in check each time you open the phone. Copilot has kind of changed my personal finance life. Thanks for creating it!

Terrible Experience; Just Like the Rest

I have been using Mint for years and it’s age is really starting to show. I’ve read nothing but glowing reviews on Copilot and thought I’d give it a try. I’m at the point where I’m willing to pay for an app to help me financially. But of course, my experience was nothing like what I’d read.

For starters I had a lot of trouble adding my accounts. I knew I had the right login as I would test each one before signing in on Copilot . Copilot would tell me the credentials were wrong or just give me an internal error. After multiple attempts I could usually get it to log in. I was also very disappointed to find that I couldn’t add my bills like Cox, Verizon, Electric, Gas, etc... Then during setup Copilot was trying to load all my transactions and for some reason couldn’t load them from one bank. I waited and waited but nothing changed. I decided to close Copilot and reopen it, still nothing. So basically I have to remove the account or be soft locked in the setup. That’s not very helpful.

Really all I want is an app where I can give it all my financial obligations and have it tell me how much I need to set aside each check and what’s due before next payday. Then it can worry about fancy budgeting and charts of my spending. My due dates are far more important.

Amazing UI, Customer Support, Simplicity, Control

I have become evangelical to my friends about Copilot. I have been searching for a budgeting and tracking app like this for years and I will never go back to anything else. Easy to see where my money is going across all of my accounts and credit cards. Understanding where all of your money goes is such an important part of gaining control of your financial life, and this app makes it easier than all others in Copilot Store.

When I have needed to contact customer support the responses are always specific, non-robotic, knowledgeable about the exact problem I’m experiencing, and my inquiries are always resolved very quickly.

While Copilot is easy to pick up and use right away, Copilot also allows for me to have more granular control of categories, specific purchases, and my budget. No gimmicks. Solid attitude towards privacy and user protection. There’s also an easy section to request features, which shows which features the developers have responded to and are considering or already planning to add in a future update.

I consider myself a digital minimalist - my phone is a tool and I only have apps downloaded that add value to my life. Copilot adds immense value to my life. I have never written a review or rated an app before and I cannot recommend this app enough. I will be a lifelong user.

There is a more than generous two week free trial. I encourage you to use it, and you won’t go back.

I never write reviews, but this is the only budgeting app that works for me

I’ve been using this app for about a month and a half and last month was the first month in over a year that I came in under budget 😅 Copilot makes it so easy to keep an eye on your spending and it’s the first app I’ve tried that actually makes me want to curb my spending (seeing that line graph and keeping your spending under your projected budget is weirdly satisfying. I will say that it was a bit of an investment to get everything set up and there were a few things in the UI that weren’t obvious to met at first, but now that I’ve learned the ropes and have everything in a good spot, I don’t think I can live without it. My biggest piece of feedback (the team definitely is aware of this too) is getting a web app to accompany the mobile app. It would make set up so much easier and I do a lot of end of month budgeting review from my computer.

Great Mobile User Interface

Copilot has a really nice user interface. It’s well thought out and flows nicely. I’m not an emoji person but if you like that sort of thing they are present in appropriate places. Adding accounts via plaid was straightforward, my only suggestion might be to add some kind of progress indicator while transactions are being loaded. If you have a bunch it appears to not be doing anything for quite a while (my discover card transactions took over 5 min to load initially- I had a bunch). After the initial loading it appears to be fairly efficient loading new transactions.

My biggest issue is no web interface available (or other large form factor interface). That does necessarily detract from Copilot itself but it’s a requirement I personally have. My eyes aren’t what they used to be and phone screens are small. Plus several times per month I do complicated splits and having a keyboard and mouse makes it easier.

All in all as finance apps go it’s one of my top 3.

By

Smartly designed and elegant

Blown away by how well Copilot works. The interface strikes a great balance between form and function. As a Mint user going on a decade, I have certain expectations for budgeting apps, and all the features I want are generally where I’d expect them to be. I’ve had to do very little searching in order to figure out how to do something, which illustrates how thoughtfully this product has been designed.

Backing the interface is some great engineering. Creating rules to organize transactions works nearly flawlessly, recurring transactions are tracked easily, and while there is some initial setup, the day-to-day tracking is dead simple and hands off.

As far as integration goes, this app seems to support anything Plaid supports, making it likely that the only product with better support for various institutions is Mint. However, there is some very cool integrations for Apple Card and Venmo.

While I’m on the free trial, it’s almost certain I’ll subscribe. I’ve been wanting a service like this for years, ever since Mint’s acquisition, since I prefer not being bombarded by ads for credit cards and the like. The price is also very modest for all the functionality offered.

Looking forward to what the future brings. I’d be thrilled to see a tablet or desktop app at some point, but it’s a testament to how well this works that I’m barely ever feeling like I need a larger screen.

Best financials and budgeting app by far!

It took me awhile to find an app that was able to do everything I wanted from a smartphone - mainly see my account balances easily and budget my expenses from my home screen via widgets. I’ve done Mint and several others, but none of them compare to this one.

Copilot is legit. Very up to date, easily the best interface, navigating is a breeze, classifying your transactions for your budgets is simple and the widgets you can add to your home screen are only offered through Copilot. Even within minutes of buying something my app is usually refreshed by then for me to classify that purchase so I can budget on the fly.

I’m able to see quickly my budgets and where my cash stands just from the widgets without having to login - that was enough for me to subscribe. Add in that your able to connect pretty much every type of bank, account, credit card, retirement accounts, and investments all in one app and it connects flawlessly. You’ll definitely know where all your cash is from just Copilot. Super easy to connect accounts. Plus their support team helps very quickly for any ones with issues and it’s being updated frequently.

Definitely worth the subscription price. I honestly tried to find something for free but you won’t get the support or advancements that Copilot has. You get what you pay for on this one. Highly recommended!

Private, reliable & fantastic UI

I’ve tried many bill/expense tracking apps and have finally found the one that is close to perfect! Unlike Mint and a few others, this app has never given me a “can’t connect to external account” error and downloads the updated transactions promptly! In terms of privacy, I was very pleased after reviewing their privacy policy and data handling from their site. And of course, it’s so nice to see a company put as much effort into their functionality as they do in their user interface! The dark background, choice of fonts and icons create a very enjoyable experience!

The only suggestions or feedback I really have that would make his perfect (for myself at least) would be an iPad app that utilizes the full screen of my iPad mini and multitasking features, and finally being able to fully link my Apple Card, rather than download the transactions monthly.

I Finally Feel In Control

this app is by far the best budgeting app that I’ve ever used. I work in corporate finance managing large budgets and spreadsheets and wish I could have something as simple as this.

In the past I’ve used Mint, Personal Capital, and Truebill… this app is by far the best once you get it set up with all of your category automizations. It even automatically adds in expected quarterly or annual budget amounts so your monthly budget automatically updates to accommodate.

Copilot is literally a “this app” that helps me feel like I know what’s going on with my income and spending each month. I just wish I could also have a separate business account for managing my side hustle budgets too. With this app, I’ve been able to find unexpected transactions to cancel unwanted subscriptions, fees, and know how much I can actually put away in investment accounts for my future. Keep up the great work team!

By

Game changer

I have tried Truebill and this app is undeniably better. With Truebill it is difficult to sort out existing finances such as internal bank transfers. Additionally, having the ability to create rules that define what transactions should be placed in specific categories have been amazing. Or, in other words you can do a lot of customization.

The only I wish existed was a more systematic approach. For example, there is multiple categories that might make up free spending rather than just making a group called free spending then placing categories such as Entertainment, Restaurants, and whatever else others casually spend their money on.

Another example is for the car. There is a category for cars, however, it would be nice to see a group for “car”. With categories such as “car wash”, “car maintenance”, and “Gas Stations” under that group.

While what I mentioned is not a deal breaker, there is a lot of customization and time involved for a systematic approach to finances.

All aside, Copilot is the best one I’ve found available for finances whether that be transactions like bills and bank deposits, investments, and there is even credit score information.

I highly recommend Copilot, I’m currently on the free trial and see myself converting to the annual subscription due to the ability to teach Copilot how to structure my finances.

It is working great

I got tired of adding manually all my transactions so I tried this app and it has been a very pleasant experience:

What I like:
- the fact that it automatically registers your transactions, except for the Apple Card but that’s on Apple, you will need to register those manually and when the Apple Card lets you export your statement as a csv file then you can reconcíliate both, this app detects automatically any possible duplicates and let you decide which entries you want to keep

- being able to group categories and set an “unassigned” budget to be shared across the categories in the group (you can group restaurants and groceries as food and assign a general budget for both and still being able to review how much have you spent on each category)

- Again, being able to import cards, loans, checking, savings, investment accounts and have a a general view of your net worth instantly.

- A responsive team that actually answers to your questions

- It is a native app and it shows, it is responsive, pretty, supports Face ID and for its price I believe is more than worthy.

What I don’t like:
- Documentation could be a little bit better, for instance I don’t know why my cash account has a change of -999%, should I assign how much cash I bring with me? That doesn’t feel very automatic.

All in all a great app :)

Best Budgeting App EVER

I absolutely love personal budgeting and I’ve tried just about every app out there but everything seemed to have a really steep learning curve (I’m looking at you YNAB) or was clunky and not intuitive (SO many apps). I read an article where Copilot was reviewed and it piqued my interest so I downloaded it and imported my bank information and OMG! I’m in love! It’s SO easy to use and so intuitive. It’s easy to correct the automatic categories, easy to create and group budgets, easy to re-categorize expenses or income or change the date on a transaction (if I get paid on the 31st when it’s actually the paycheck for the 1st). It’s just so easy. And, rather than using my excel spreadsheet to just TRACK my expenses, I’m actually seeing my spending behavior being modified by the regular updates and having to review the transactions. I really do love it and can’t recommend it enough.

Clean, fast, powerful.

I used Mint for close to a decade but got burned out last year by the buggy website and intrusive, repetitive ads. I tried several replacement apps on desktop and mobile. Some were either too complicated, others were too simplistic. I stumbled upon this app during a recent search and wow, what a breath of fresh air.

Clean, fast, powerful. The ability to see all of my bank accounts, credit cards and investment accounts in one location again is wonderful. The process of categorizing transactions is very simple and actually got me to rethink how I use categories for budgets overall. Everything works ridiculously well, and I cannot really find any major problems. There are a lot of features I’d like to see added, and I’ll give those suggestions in their support forum, but otherwise, I’m very happy with Copilot .

By

Very confusing and time consuming

I found Copilot to be a little too much work for my liking. I linked my bank account and my fiancé’s accounts were also loaded up and mixed in with my transactions. I reached out to customer service and they fixed this within a reasonable time. Kudos to them!

When I linked my account information it seemed as if everything was sent to random categories. Some were categorized correctly and other were just way off. I had to search through each of the categories and then manually move them to the correct categories. This is fine if it’s one or two but, I was creeping up on about an hour of having to do this. They should REALLY consider trimming down the categories as some of them can be considered the same thing.

The monthly budget was also way off. First my income was not picked up for some reason and I had to enter that manually. Then the figure I was given for the monthly budget was hundreds of dollars over what I make in a month. I tried tweaking it here and there but in the end I couldn’t get an accurate figure for my monthly budget. I had to comb through all of my accounts and turned to me crunching numbers and budgeting myself and at that point I saw no reason to pay for a subscription when the process is supposed to be for the most part automated.

Customer service was helpful and they responded in a reasonable amount of time. I’m sure Copilot works for most folks but I couldn’t figure it out for the life of me.

Beyond obsessed

this app is a somewhat new app with constant improvements being made. The intuitive and modern UI really make it enjoyable to use. I have a feeling the prices will continue to go up but so far it is absolutely worth the expense. I have never been a great budgeter. Mint did not work for me because their site was always days (if not weeks) behind in recognizing new transactions and deposits. With this app, new transactions typically show up within hours. Having an app at my fingertips makes it effortless to stay aware of my spending and keeping me within my limits. I love the ability to see where my budget and net worth stand and any given moment. It’s amazingly easy to use and their team is also very responsive through the chat. Hoping for a desktop version sometime soon but Copilot is well worth the $ even without it.

My first review ever, it’s that good!

I’ve been on Copilot Store since it came out and this is my first time writing a review because this is the first app I’ve ever felt worthy of it, and I’ve downloaded ALOT of apps.

The UI is the best or on par with the best I’ve seen in any app period. The most important thing is it is actually customizable and has functionality that actually tells you how you’re doing on your budget. This is a rarity in a saturated market of finance apps that basically add up all your assets and liabilities and bombard you with ads(mint).

I agree with one of the other reviewers that the biggest danger with Copilot is you’ll integrate it into your life and then a big company like intuit will acquire them and ruin Copilot . Copilot is just levels above the big names that it will become a danger to competition when more people find out how good Copilot is

Mint Be-Gone!

After countless budget Apps, yes I’m a former Mint user, along with many other budget apps. This is by far the most intuitive and comprehensive interface I’ve ever used. It’s incredibly easy to set up and sync accounts, the smart transaction history is amazing the way it groups similar transactions and allows for easy marking and making new categories. As someone who has 10 plus CC, multiple bank accs, 401k, Roth, Copilot saves me 10 apps in one!! Yes there’s a fee...But it honestly feels like you’re stealing it for such a price. Other apps that are free STEAL your information and SELL it to make revenue. That’s right, they sell your transaction data, your personal information to Ads and people that watch your buying trends. In a world without privacy this is a much needed refresh! Thank You!

By

Wow wow wow!

I’ve used Mint for over 10 years. I switched to Simplifi last year to get rid of ads. (Simplifi was horrible.) I decided to try this app based off of a recommendation and, wow, I am over the moon excited by it. I just spent a few hours getting everything configured and, while it was annoying to have to start from the ground up with yet another app, I’m confident this is going to be a long-term winner. Just need them to get the ability to edit categorization rules and make a web or Mac app!

(One other bummer: I AM running into issues connecting with some of my banks…but that’s probably a Plaid issue (the service they use to connect). But Mint and Simplifi didn’t have any of those issues, so I’m hoping this app/Plaid can figure it out soon.

Still, I’m in it for 2022–please don’t let me down!

Meh experience for me

With all the buzz around Copilot, I decided to give it a try. I currently use Mint and:
THE GOOD:
this app has a much much better user interface and way better way to both categorize and track spending categories and show its aggregated data THE BAD:
it uses Plaid to connect with accounts which is surely a robust way, however it doesn’t support Optum Bank where I have my HSA. Mint does support it flawlessly. this app customer support team told me they’re working to have it added, but no clear ETA.
my investments (E*trade and Robinhood) sync at most once a day. Mint syncs them more accurately, faster, and multiple times over the day. Mint is just plain better at staying in sync here. Also unclear what the “live estimate” option means, but on top of sporadic sync I see a bigger issue: lack of truthful sync both with it On and Off.
my car lease, just paid off, shows correctly as 0$ balance in Mint while it shows as negative balance (debt) in this app… I’ve paid my 11k over the duration of the lease, so 11k is NOT something I’m currently due…

I currently have 2 months free with Copilot , will see if during this time both items above are resolved otherwise I’ll honestly go back to Mint (I wouldn’t have minded if this app was free, but given it costs money, my expectations are higher, especially when comparing it with a free app like Mint).

The search is over!

You guys have done a PHENOMENAL job with this. I’ve tried 4-5 other budgeting apps in the last year or so, hoping that one would stick but they all ended up just being re-skinned clones of each other, whereas yours is refreshingly unique. There’s a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it you’re golden. My absolute favorite aspect is that I’m not bombarded with advertisements trying to get me to sign up for credit cards I don’t need, and bless your hearts for not doing that. I was more than happy to pay for the yearly subscription because I really think you guys are going to go a long way with this, between the wonderful UI and the regular updates, this really should be the golden standard for other developers. 10 stars for you, Glen Coco.

Best Budgeting App Available

I was a LONG TIME Mint & Personal Capital user. Mint for personal spending, personal capital for investment tracking. Both of those services were adequate for what I was trying to accomplish but the platforms became clunky and ad-heavy over time. Accounts wouldn’t consistently sync, some accounts would get disconnected. It just became a less than optimal user experience.

Enter this app. Most people would be turned off by the $3/month cost. I can tell you that Copilot is worth WAY more than that each month. I hope they don’t read this but Copilot is excellent. Transactions update immediately, the UX is fun and intuitive, and it does a great job of helping your stay on track and enjoy the ‘gruelling task known as budgeting’

Finally what I needed

With multiple accounts (over a dozen) between checking, saving, brokerage, insurance, etc this app has greatly aided us in visualizing our expenditures holistically finally. My banks and financial services all had similar options but none including the major banks had the UI/UX of this app. The ability to quickly create rules, categories, and group them together leads to optimizing visualization of our personal finances like never before.

They are largely integrated to most services and banks. The two major accounts you need work arounds for are the Apple Card and TSP.

I hope this small team gets traction, use and continues to develop Copilot, I prefer this immensely over Mint. The subscription so far has been worth it. I don’t trust freemium models with personal finance information even if “anonymized” and “de-personalized” as claimed by others.

Also their customer support service is lightning fast and helpful, almost working like personal finance tech consultants, Sarah in particular has responded to several of my questions with great satisfaction.

Keep up the great work!

Great tool, great interface, great customer service

As a longtime Mint user, I’ve become clear on what I want — and don’t want — in a spending and budgeting app. The this app guys have done it right.

What I love:
- Tagging of my recurring transactions so it quickly learns to recognize them
- Easy to read gauge of how much I have left to pay of my bills
- Customizable budget categories and groups (like I can separate phone and heat but still roll them all up to a “home” category)
- Spending tracker that shows me if I’m trending over or under budget for the month
- At a glance readout of how I’m doing against each budget category — especially easy to read because each category is represented by my choice of emoji
- Brief prompts to review transactions I may not have seen yet

And finally, awesome customer service. I reached out with a question and got a reply within minutes. My issue, which was user error, morphed into a need for them to restore some data I shouldn’t have deleted. They worked with me diligently and fixed it quickly. Five stars for these guys for a great product, great UI, and great service.

The best way to track your finances

I’ve been a long-time user of Mint, but with it being a free product, I’ve always been concerned with them monetizing all my financial data (plus, Mint is always trying to “sell” you stuff like loans and credit cards every time you open Copilot .) I was so glad when I found this app! I like that it has a viable business model so the developers don’t have to seek out ways to monetize my financial data. But the best part is that Copilot is so well thought out and looks great! I’ve been using it for a while now and find it an easy-to-use way to aggregate all my financials in one place. Highly recommended!

By

Wow - great product!

I have tried lots of various tools to manage my budget and was most recently using Mint. I then read an article on TechCrunch about this app being a “Mint Killer”. Naturally, I was intrigued so I downloaded it and started playing around with it. I ended up spending the next few hours setting it up and it’s like magic. I have new insights which I kinda new but only was confirmed with real data to see exactly where and why I was going over budget. This is by far the best budgeting app, flexible, intuitive and simple. The customer support is astounding. Not sure how much sleep these guys are getting, but they are very responsive. Great job guys.

Wow.

Like the founder, I too got annoyed with Mint, and it’s annoying interface and emails, leaving me with a lack of control in tracking and exactly budgeting my money. I found Copilot through scrolling Apple’s finance section by chance, and boy does it deserve to be higher. It links to all of my accounts securely, letting me keep an eye on overall big picture balances and debt, and allows me to budget and divvy up my income on a monthly basis with it tracking and categorizing all of my transactions, all in a modern, easy to understand, clean interface. Just wow. Great, great, great app. Exactly what I was looking for.

By

Excellent, but can be improved

First of all I gotta say I love the design and how customizable everything is! Very simple and easy to use. I was looking for an alternative to Mint and I think this is it until I find something better.

With that said, the one feature that I really liked in Mint was the credit score tracking. Copilot does not have that. It would be so much better if it did!!! Also would be great if it had a website or desktop app. Those two features would make this THE best app in this category.

Besides that, I have no complaints. Easy set up, easy to understand, and beautifully designed.

By

The finance app I’ve been waiting for

I have tried so many finance apps over the years, and this is exactly what I have been waiting for. The auto sync with your bank and credit cards is surprisingly fast and flawless compared to other apps I’ve used. There is a good balance of customization of how you track your spending without being too complicated. Most of all the support is amazing. There is a chat section of Copilot where you can quickly explain your problem and get a solution. Keep up the amazing work!

By

Looks Cool but...

Lacking basic multi factor support for Wells Fargo... Mint has it, so it’s definitely possible...why would this be left out??? Multi factor is required in the modern world. You can’t claim you’re a secure product if you require me to turn it off to connect my account.

EDIT: Dev has (very quickly) responded that their vendor doesn’t currently support 2 factor and they are working with the vendor to solve the issue as well as on a fix themselves. I really appreciate the quick response and look forward to trying this product in the future but without my bank account, its not very helpful at the moment. I hope to be back with another update in the near future!

Best Budget App

I NEVER, EVER write reviews for apps but for this one, I felt I needed to. I downloaded over 15 apps (Mint, YNAB, etc) to start a budget. I liked the features in some but lacked other features that I wanted. I was going to give up searching for a perfect budgeting app when I came across this app. It didn’t have many reviews so I was hesitant to download it but thankfully I did! IT’S THE BEST FINANCE APP OUT THERE!!! It deserves a million 5 star reviews! It has no extra, annoying things that nobody cares about. It’s all about your finances. I LOVE IT!!! Thank you for such an amazing app.

By

Modern and excellent

Honestly speaking, the only con is having to pay for the service! However, comparing to all other budget apps that are even remotely good, this blows them out of the water. It’s very modern, links with 99% of accounts, updates almost immediately, and is overall a pleasant experience to use. Highly recommend if you don’t have an excel background and your own budgeting system... and even for those who do, this is a great tool to keep tabs on all your transactions in 1 place

By

Exceeded expectations of longtime Mint user

After a couple days, I had no reservations subscribing. I’ve used Mint for over 5 years but this app checks all the boxes mint does and more! First, this app’s support chat which is built into Copilot is the best support experience I’ve ever had for an app. I also level the categorization, rules, and review features for transactions. It’s the perfect combination of automation and personalization. Lastly, the UI and performance of Copilot are excellent. I’m so grateful for Copilot and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for.

By

Better than Mint and TrueBill

I’ve tried both Mint and TrueBill and I think Copilot has a way better user experience than those two. Everything is very well organized and it’s easy to find the information I need quickly.

I know they are working on adding annual recurring charges, and I can’t wait for that. Also the new Apple Card import is a nice feature.

My only issue with Copilot is that it cannot link with SoFi accounts. Hope it gets added soon.

By

Still room for improvement!

I’m not the one that usually post a review about application, but this one leaves me no choice! The UI is phenomenal, setup process was a breeze, etc.

Now, for the part of this application that’s a deal breaker...having just found this out after sending multiple messages to the staff. This does not have the manual tracking person in mind. Meaning, it is primarily designed to honor account connections as oppose to people that enter transactions manually. IMO, manual account tracking should have the foundation and connected accounting should be a subscription based.

Again, this is just my honest opinion of the application after using for a week.
