[Solved] I reinstalled so many times it won’t reopen for me.
i enter the code it sends me to my email so i can log in and it says its incorrect

I'm trying to borrow 80.00 and the only available dates for repayment is March 3rd and March 6 2024.I need the repayment date to be March 11,2024.I wasted an hour of my time with chat box that often just kept repeating the same thing .If this is what it's like to try to borrow money this is frustrating.Im about ready to cancel my subscription.not worth the hassle.

My Cleo app says I need to reconnect my bank account and when I try to do that, the screen goes completely white and is frozen. I did get it to try to connect one time but then the app froze and would not work. Please help

I signed up for the cleo plus due to fact that you can get an extra 20 with your advance I pay 15 a mo for the cleo plus just for this reason yet I have never gotten the extra 20 which i seriously need its very frustrating to be expecting something that the app says you get and it never show up

It keeps crashing! I love Cleo but for some reason the app is not working now! It’s keeps freezing when I reconnect and when I try to click continue it won’t do anything
everytime i click on reconnect now for my bank it freezes up and i can’t do anything else
I get through to the part after connecting my bank then she just thinks and thinks never getting past that part.
When trying to sign up for cleo plus, it takes me to advance eligibility and says $35, then tells me I need a subscription. I'm trying to sign up, but this is all that it does.
When trying to take a bigger advance, Cleo says I have to enable 3rd party access w my bank which I have. And then I go to try to get more than $35 and the app then crashes and says *something went wrong.*

I need help withdrawing money from my Cleo savings to my bank account however, the buttons to withdraw and deposit money as well as the settings button is completely unresponsive. Everything else works fine but those three. I’ve tried everything it seems but to no avail. Please help!
