I don’t know why but whenver I use VPNClean , my connection is lost. When right after I remove VPNClean , my connection resumes immediately. I’ve to contact VPNClean support team via VPNClean website but there was no sign that the message was sent. There was no problem with the trial version, but with the vip version does cause some trouble.

I bought the subscription thinking it would be free at first then charge me but I was wrong and got charged $10. It is terrible. It is slow and doesn’t let you access a lot of things with your hotspot. I use a free vpn that is fast and gives me access to the things I couldn’t with this one and is so much better than this crap. I don’t even use this one yet I’m paying for it. Don’t get this trash vpn.

Horrible experience, I have no idea why I decided to try it again. The 1st time it worked great for the trial period and as soon as I paid it kept crashing and blocked my 4G connection. I had to remove it and used for one day even thought I paid a month. Second time I tried it again this time I paid right away and it doesn’t even want to connect. It says that VPN Clean- needs updating. Everything is up to date on my end. I tried contacting the customer support through VPNClean it doesn’t let me. My msg doesn’t go through. I tried through their website same thing. So far I paid $20 for a service that I could not use and I cannot even request a refund! It is obsurd.

Pre ordered, was able to activate it once, and since then it keeps telling me to subscribe when I try pressing the Connect button. Not to mention the one time I did connect, it took all of five minutes before it completely cut my wifi and would not allow me to get back onto it. Not worth my time or storage space at all.

At first VPNClean appeared to work fine but after the free trial was over and I had paid for. 1 month subscription the issues begin to appear: after my 1 month subscription had begun it suddenly stopped and would not allow me to connect to any website (my internet connection was fine) each time I tried it would reroute to the VPN clean app developers page which had very basic troubleshooting one of which asked that I sign in and out of my account (which doesn’t exist because you never had to make one to use it) and another that provided their customer service/ tech support email.

I emailed the, explaining what had happened expecting a quick response, I got no such thing instead I’m still awaiting a response from someone and VPNClean still does not connect!!!

Truly truly terrible service! Would not recommend.

Never, ever connects. When it does connect (1/100 times), it takes forever. Every time I do something in VPNClean it asks if I want premium. No way to cancel while in process of connecting. Overall a terrible vpn service that doesn’t even serve its purpose. I honestly can’t even consider this an app. It’s only feasible use is for its Speedtest feature which isn’t even in the least bit accurate. You’re better off with SkyVPN or X-VPN. Don’t even waste your time. If I could, I would give this “app” a 0.

I downloaded VPNClean in the intent of going to China and using their WiFi rather than burning through tons of data. Little did I realize that this 'VPN' just doesn't stop loading and loading. From one person to another, DO NOT DOWNLOAD VPNClean. Find another VPN that'll to the job for you. I even tested it at my home (USA) and got absolutely horrible results with it being super slow. I strongly suggest going for a different app, as this one does not to the job. Hope this helps!

I never leave reviews but I had to for this. I tried to connect to a server but it wouldn’t let me until I got the premium version. Then once you get the premium version it will tell you your connected but your not connected to anything. It’s a waste of your time and money. I would give it zero stars if I could.

When I chose “Fastest location” due to SC is not listed Mexico and India is chosen for me. How can I accurately use VPNClean if I cannot choose my location? Also, i am unable to change VPNClean to fit my personal info due to the info being locked and greyed out as if my phone is remotely being controlled by all apps I choose from VPNClean STORE! Please into this

I pre-ordered VPNClean for school because the WiFi blocks basically all apps and it takes FOREVER to try to connect. Even after I subscribed it’s still slow. I’m not about to waste my time on something that’s not even gonna connect to. I could just download a vpn I had before and have it work better than this. Please fix this.

My locale seems to be an issue especially when I’m connected to my personal WiFi.
I really like the idea and potential of this product however I am just checking in and hoping this review will be followed up on with inquiry

I got this the other night so I could change my VPN and get access to test scores more quickly. At first, the setup was slightly confusing with the numerous subscriptions that were tossed at me, but I managed to figure it out. When I first changed my VPN, everything that requires internet on my phone drastically slowed down. I couldn’t get websites to load or videos to play. I changed my VPN again and then all of a sudden things began to work. The next day I tried using this to change my VPN again so I can do something else. However, the website I tried to get into said that it was able to detect a proxy was being used and wouldn’t allow me on. Overall, VPNClean was ok for what I needed to get done, but I couldn’t do anything crazy with it. I also didn’t like how often VPNClean asked me to rate it, but I guess that was just a mild inconvenience.

I am having less problems on the web

Let’s me access the same thing a WiFi server would and that’s without the upgrade/subscription

I’m excited to use VPNClean and provide a better, more accurate review! So far so good so I’ll rate as 5 stars for now..!!

Just using VPNClean for first time. It is user friendly and having no issues. So far, it’s been a great app for securing your information on iPhone has security from others getting your information

Connects quickly. Really does make you invisible. While using mobile banking app, the bank would not connect. I turned VPN off and bank did connect to my banking app. So, when VPN was on, my bank did not know who I was!

I have had no issues at all and I appreciate that I can use it on up to 5 devices

I really enjoy how fast acting and well the VPN works. Unlike others, it doesn’t slow the actual internet but works with it. However, it advertises its premium service a bit too much. Otherwise, I love this VPN; wouldn’t choose any other 😁
