Won’t open
I wasn’t even done with setting up my app and it froze when entering my name. It kept saying user not found, which is because I didn’t finish yet. Now it won’t open at all saying over and over that it had timed out

Nothing happens
I just downloaded this app yesterday and tried to sign up for one of the programs but when I click “select premium plan” absolutely nothing happens. So much for giving this a try 🤷🏻♀️

How do you cancel the subscription??
Signed up for two week preview and would like to cancel but not possible through the app. Sent an email and no response. Just sent a second email so hopefully someone responds?
