I don’t know where to start. Using proper login data will not get you logged in. Calling for support, which has limited hours, gets them to “reset” your account so you could login, then bringing on different results among your various devices and browsers, only to fail you again and to — seemingly — require another reset. But then the “reset” is a joke, because what that does is allow you to re-enroll, but I found you could “re-enroll” without calling for a reset if you’re lucky enough to find the “enroll” button on your screen that never seems to display properly. It was a very garbled display for me, whether I used Safari, Firefox or Chrome, whether on my iPhone or my Mac. I’m not gonna even try my Windows. This company is just not worth my time. And if you do get into your account, you might be able to see only one specific month of transactions, no matter what month you have entered for display. What a joke! And, like at least one other person reviewing this disgraceful app, using this company was not my choice. Just fell subject to an employer’s use of this company for payroll check deposit. Time to open an account elsewhere. Good grief! I am FORCED to give Fintwist 1-star. But like my college philosophy instructor who gave NEGATIVE exam grades, I actually give Fintwist a grade of NEGATIVE 12.
