My son passed away on Good Friday this year 2023 Fintwist is refusing to help with matter I keep getting told different things. I have his death certificate. and all other info that is needed this is the only company that I'm having a issued with his cards. This Company is one that I would steer clear of. They won't give me a fax number to fax the documents to them. I have contacted the courthouse. If this is how this company is running, I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would appreciate the owner of this company to contact ASAP to get this matter resolved. my next step is the BBB.
My employer drops money at 6 a.m. Thursday and fintwist does not want to release money until mid afternoon. When I call customer service they act like you are stupid and say it's the employers fault when in fact I've talked to the employer and they have sent the money AT 6 A.M.. DO BETTER AND GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKERS.

I am also missing my paycheck. I set it up to deposit to my bank account and it is not there. I even had my bank on the line with them to tell them the status of my account which is “the account is overdrawn and we see no pending incoming deposits”. I was told by Fintwist (Supervisor) that it would be back in my account by 11pm last night. IT IS NOT THERE!!!! I have spent over 24 hours on the phone with these people to hear that it would be there and now to hear 59-69 days, to be put on hold for almost 3 hours and end up falling asleep and no one ever coming back on, to now hearing there are no Supervisors until 7am. I am livid! I would like to find a way to speak with their parent company. This is everything I have right now and my S.O. just got home from having a heart attack. How can I take care of things? How can the people at this so-called “company” lay their heads down and sleep at night?
I lost my card yesterday
Was charged an ATM withdrawal fee of $1.75, this is the second time this has happened.I am using a Fintwist approved ATM that I found on your website. It supports Allpoint @ the Kroger in Mount Juliet Tn. The one on North Mount Juliet Rd. Customer service told me that the company that used this paycard said they will charge fees. I am very confused since I have withdrawn money before without fees. I would recommend you hiring employees that understand and can help your people.
I had a eBay return which since I used to fit into a card for part of the purchase automatically went to it it's not showing up in my account I also have another large deposit that says it was there on the 29th and I'm still not seeing it in my account I can't get a hold of anybody on customer service the machine keeps hanging up on me because I don't have my card on me right now and I don't have the full 16 digits I gave him the last four I just want my money

I missing money from my account my bank had told me since it didn’t go into my account that it would be sent back and put on this pay card but whenever I call everyone said the money was sent thru which it wasn’t my bank never received any deposits from my pay card.. that was all of my rent money.. Lost my card and I forget the card number

So right now I am working for dominos cause I need some money before start college and everything. Well they are partnered with fintwist and gave me a fintwist card and I was not expecting that at all. So I activate my card and get the app and it was working for about a month apart from the fact I can’t see and paystubs but now I can’t even get into the app anymore. It just logged me out and told me for my security the application has timed out then it juat loads for eternity. I don’t want my money being put into this useless app because I can’t even see how much money I have. And not even that I can’t put gas in my car or take money out the atm I’ve been scraping the bottom of the barrel for scraps from other accounts so I can just put gas in my car. Something’s gotta be done about the horrible service because I can’t even commute to my everyday life with these setbacks

I have worked in the customer relations field for over 30 years and have yet to experience this kind of incompetence. I was trying to transfer funds from this card to a personal bank account. Support calls that a direct deposit and that doesn’t work now. They are apparently waiting on update from their IT about fixing it and haven’t heard anything. This has been since March 2021 at least (it is October as of this review). Solution to goes to bank for a cash advance. It was a simple issue and I am more frustrated and aggravated than before. For the sake of your own sanity, I would highly recommend using a different service if you can.

Takes two weeks just to set up a banking account, then on tile of that the bank transfers do not work. You cannot look at your paystubs to see taxes taken out, hours worked, or anything. The card itself works but when you have bills to pay and want to transfer money, this will screw you over in a heartbeat. Especially if your personal bank is out of town. Can only withdraw 400$ at a time from an atm.
