Went in to order. No one else ahead or behind me. After ordering cashier left and remaining staff up front talked to each other. Fries sat for 15min while I waited on shakes. Wrong shake was made had to wait for them to remake. Meanwhile went to fill my drink and spout wasn’t on the dispenser correctly so poured on my hand and arm. Staffed did come fix but offered me nothing for a sticky hand and arm. I placed my drink in the carrier with 2 shakes. Grabbed my cold combos and left. In the car a shake was taken out of carrier only to find a big slit in the cup and milkshake goes all over my mother when she goes to drink. I quickly try to clean the mess and go back in to have it replaced which the did very nicely. Finally getting to eat cold food 30min after ordering. For the $51+ I paid I expected a lot better. Shoreline location needs to get their act together and at the very least comp or remake food.

I was using the “Big Chicken” app to order a shake from the Mukilteo WA store. After placing order and paying the app stated “provide your name or order number to the attendant at the drive-through window when you arrive” I pulled up to window and told him my name. He stated he could not give me my order at the window because it was out of policy. I showed him the app and what it said, still no shake. I escalated and told him I wanted a refund and that I would never come to a Big Chicken again! Then my shake was handed out. That was completely unnecessary and very rude. When I attempt to order through the app - chicken tenders will not add to the cart in a combo. It only adds 3.00 to the cart instead of the correct amount. The people at the store had no idea the app isn’t working so not sure if it is just mine or what. It is the current version. I made sure it was updated.
