When my son was first in daycare, we were dragging him to the pediatrician near-constantly to get antibiotics, eye drops, you name it. It was a huge strain on us trying to juggle appointment times with taking care of our son and work. So when Blueberry became available in my state right before my younger child was starting daycare, I signed up immediately. I've only had the service for less than a month, and I've already had two visits and multiple text conversations. Tonight my five-month-old had symptoms of pink eye, and I sent in information and took care of her cozily at home until I got a call back. It is true that it sometimes takes a bit to get a call, but both times I've used the service for a visit it's been under an hour, and my understanding is it's triaged based on urgency. Plus, I would MUCH rather wait an hour for a phone call while relaxing and taking care of my child at home, rather than spending that same hour (or realistically much more) driving to urgent care and waiting there. Anyway, the pediatrician called and had already reviewed all the information I sent in, and within 5 minutes she was diagnosed and a prescription sent to our pharmacy. Amazing. Highly highly recommend.
