How to fix YouGov Direct app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YouGov Direct app on iPhone
Update YouGov Direct app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YouGov Direct iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YouGov Direct on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YouGov Direct network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YouGov Direct Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YouGov Direct not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YouGov Direct App
1. On android, goto Settings » YouGov Direct » click [Force Stop]

Update YouGov Direct to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YouGov Direct App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YouGov Direct » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YouGov Direct.

Fix YouGov Direct unable to contact server/ YouGov Direct internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YouGov Direct » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YouGov Direct » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YouGov Direct
