one of the worse sign in features and one of the most annoying as well all it did was continue to repeat to login in when finally getting passed that then get to the portfolio to deposit there is but 1 option and that's through debit now we all may or may not have debit cards but are u telling me that in this day and age ur application does not have the option for apple pay or actual
routing transfers wth is this world coming to with apps that have no clue of a virility of option to deposit i then get to a wallet then it's asking me again to verify that was it for me this application is horrible from all the work and thought put into it did u do a test run i say no for had i created CoinZoomPro it would not repeatedly repeat the same steps with having a verification sent through email with a 5 second time before it expires that is beyond frkn stupid . I do not and will not recommend or ever mention this again if u developers see this i am" scottlarox " delete my account i want nothing to do with CoinZoomPro it is crap and unfinished claim to be the best and the best is another app that out right lies and steal is there any apps that don't have an issue of something haven't found one yet . coin zoom i was routing for ya but ya screwed up good and bye

CoinZoomPro works great. Sign in with thumb on home screen for security. Instant trades and settlement with crypto and very low fees. It also works with a Visa card attached to my account so I can spend crypto anywhere visa is accepted. This exchange is the best I’ve used in the industry and with all the regulations and backed by fdic I feel very comfortable using CoinZoomPro. Also zoom me is like a Venmo and you can send anywhere in the world that zooom is legal for free! Love that!

I recommend Coinzoom to everyone. Very easy to use and it allows me buy crypto easily.
I didn’t give CoinZoomPro a five star for one reason, the fact I can’t withdraw until 7 days.

TERRIBLE APP. Interface freezes every thirty seconds and makes you restart CoinZoomPro . They actually make it super easy to deposit funds into CoinZoomPro -but impossible to withdraw crypto. Every time I go to submit a withdrawal I am told “order submitted”
However the crypto never leaves and is stuck there. I ended up having to sell my btc into fiat but guess what? You can’t withdraw fiat via ach and can only withdraw to a debit card that you have to send money on first. So my money is stuck in this terrible app. Even Coinbase is better. Do not use.

Downloaded app because I wanted a way to buy bitcoin instant with my debit card to be able to use right away. So when I buy it, i try withdrawing but I get a “failure”. I email support and they tell me it’ll take 7 days for the money to be available for withdraw! That’s ridiculous lol especially after paying their hefty 3% debit card fee. On top of that i have to wait 7 days to use my bitcoin. Trash

I was able to fund my wallet ... had to wait a week to send and it’s been 2 weeks.. CoinZoomPro AND WEBSITE are broken.. I scheduled two separate zoom meetings with the manager Julie Thatcher... who was kind but at the end of the day had no answers for me. I basically lost my money because it’s stuck on CoinZoomPro and can’t be sent or withdrew ... never again !!!

I love that I can place crypto-crypto limit orders right from my phone. The rewards card has the highest rewards with the lowest staking requirement. The web app has a great dashboard with candle graphs and other deep-dive tools. Win-win-win.

This CoinZoom app is very easy to navigate between various options. Great work by developer’s. Easy to deposit and withdraw funds.

All these reviews must be fake expect for the 1 and 2 stars. Can’t even get CoinZoomPro to stay open when I try to take a picture of my ID. It just crashes..I see people had the same issue back in January and it’s still not fixed? Hue red flag when you can’t even create a stable app how are you going to provide sufficient security?? I’d stay away

There is nothing 5-star about CoinZoomPro. Nothing 4, 3, or 2 star neither. It's super glitchy (LITERALLY took me five months to get into it), too expensive, has a very poor interface, and in those five months customer service has NEVER responded to any of the seven emails I sent. Whoever is running this company has SCAMMER written all over themselves. DO NOT DOWNLOAD CoinZoomPro!!

I always saw cryptocurrency as something beyond me, for rich smart people. CoinZoomPro has helped me get to know crypto and get comfortable with putting some money into it. So far so good.

Downloaded CoinZoomPro (using iPhone), and is unable to get past the identification pictures. Every time I try to take one, CoinZoomPro closes. After 3 logins I got locked out and had to set up a 2factor authentication by downloading ANOTHER app. Still can’t get through the ID pics.

Tried several times downloading app using different emails and the confirmation email to active the account never sends. I’ve tried resending it and looking through all my spam folders it still hasn’t showed up therefore I can’t receive access to CoinZoomPro .

The interface of this application is very-user friendly, with up to date crypto rates and with amazing customer service! I would definitely recommend this application.

This is actually a good app. Works perfectly but however, I don’t understand why I have to wait for 7 days before I can actually use my funds deposited in the account by debit card. There is no option to even fund using your bank account but I love CoinZoomPro regardless. Then also, the daily limit of $500 is quite small. This is definitely for small investors, if you are new to the crypto world, I recommend you start with this.
