Updating your calendar

EYMobilityPathway is not user friendly and consumes a lot of time for calendar data entry. EY should be better.

This “app” is not really an app, just a copy of the desktop website. The calendar is more cumbersome to use compared to the prior version, and the location capture does not ever seem to work (forcing you to manually enter your locations on the cumbersome calendar).

Bad user experience

Unstable app; entered information and then got feedback that there was an error.

Absolutely disfunctional and useless. How can it be that stays like that for months?

My organization uses Okta for sign-in. There is no option to do that in EYMobilityPathway . It kept asking for the EY password, which do not exists.

Looks like they tried to put an app front end on their existing terrible web app ! It hurts to use it

Clunky, non intuitive and not professional. I have no choice but to use it unfortunately

Crazy requirements for tracking information. Password and Face ID settings are not properly remembered, manual logins required.

When asked to confirm my location from an alert received from the mobility app, it rarely works. I almost always need to start the EY Mobility Pathway application directly.

The primary intent of EYMobilityPathway is secondary to my job. I don’t remember this credentials. It becomes extremely unpractical when I have to log-in my credentials every time I access EYMobilityPathway even though I always check on “remember my credentials”

It simply doesn’t work:
Doesn’t take your location properly - always ends up not doing it
Allowing FaceTime also rarely works
Writing to EY to fix doesn’t work either.
They simply don’t care about individual users as only the corporate client counts.

The latest EY App is for the most part completely unusable on an IPad Pro. The following does not work. I have the latest model and the latest version of IOS.

- Calendar - clears dates out, jumps out of the program when you change the month, and the save button generally does not work - then it jumps out. In addition, the auto location aspect does not work at all. After 2 hours I am half way through the year. Very frustrating - will do everything on excel and let the team sort out. Unbelievably unprofessional app.

- Face ID - does not work - no clue why it exists. Need to log in every time. Again waste

Very very frustrated.

The previous Global One Tracker APP was far easier to use and to make adjustments to the calendar. It also could be registered on more than one device. With this new app, I will have to reregister to my US work phone whenever I’m in the US and then reregister again when I return to my country where I’m working. I really wonder about the analysis that went into making this change. Please relook the decision.

App is very glitchy. The ability to use Face ID to login disappears regularly

Frequently forgets my face. Sometimes reminds me within an hour after logging my location to log my location. Frequently doesn’t let me log in and just spins and spins

I think this is a good example where a company decided they „need an app“ but didn’t dedicate the resources to actually follow through. Just a few examples:
FaceID doesn’t really work as EYMobilityPathway forgets login data all the time.
Layout of content is clearly not optimized for an app but the desktop UI. As a result it’s awful to use…

The concept is attractive, but functionality is poor. Input “buttons” are inoperable about 50% of the time, and re-entry to EYMobilityPathway after leaving to check necessary reference material evidently requires me to shut down my device and reboot. It is an improvement that you now actually get feedback that the system is actually trying to do something, vs. the dead stare in past versions. Incredibly long time lag before authentication codes are sent. So long, in fact, that they have expired by the time I attempt to use them.

In general I like EYMobilityPathway but since Face ID does not work reliable I need to sign in every time. This is kind of annoying.
