MomentumMobility is not very efficient. There are several things I don’t like including call drops and call interference. If a call is coming through you can not do anything else until that call is picked up because it would not allow you to exit that screen even if the call is not for you. Inefficient, if a call is coming through sometimes it disconnects before you can even pick it up.

Calls vanish or drop can't pick up calls! It's getting worse
I've had to delete and reinstall this more than once for it work properly and then it reverts to being faulty!

I would not even give this a rating. Our company was using MomentumMobility for critical business and now it is useless and now the old app for iPhone is unavailable.

The amount of steps you need to retrieve or park a call is ridiculous and MomentumMobility is not user friendly at all and we are forced to look into other options for communication.

Not sure if programmers really even tested before releasing an update. Poor design and very disappointed.

Everything that is important in MomentumMobility and was once very easy to find on the very top, is now nowhere to be found or more than 1 gesture away. That greatly hinders the convenience MomentumMobility once provided.

Also, while on video conferences, my phone will go into lock mode if I don’t continuously tap the screen to keep the phone awake. This is absolutely the opposite I f what should be happening during a video conference.

All in all, this “upgrade” is a huge disappointment.

Remote work was your opportunity and MomentumMobility is a complete faceplant. What a piece of junk. Every call drops the first time. Every time I call back it drops the first time. The second time I call back I get through. That’s the base level functionality. Pull this trash from MomentumMobility Store and make the developer do some work.

Please update MomentumMobility to include compatibilty with macOS. Thank you!

My job requires me to use MomentumMobility working from home. My calls are always dropping and sometimes when I try to answer a call, I can’t pick it up. Sometimes I have to call back multiple times before the person can even hear me!

Company started using MomentumMobility with our phone systems, WORST APP EVER! I can’t answer calls through it, deleted and reinstalled too many times to count. I’ve tried using wi-fi and using cellular connection, NOTHING HELPS! Can answer calls on laptop but I don’t carry that around with me!

The only thing worse than this product is the so-called customer service. Can’t make or receive calls. They want to blame internet providers for system failures. Alabama call center people are not helpful.

MomentumMobility is horrible! Too many issues to mention. Just altogether awful! Deserves 0 stars! Used to be ok, then they kept trying to change it. Now you can’t even log onto it!!

Ever since the latest IO update I can’t even view or listen to voicemails. Please fix

To get to the dial pad you need to click thru the menu options. Overall a buggy poorly designed application

You cannot log out on your phone so I always seem available and everyone will see where I am at.
