How to fix Agremo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Agremo app on iPhone
Update Agremo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Agremo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Agremo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Agremo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Agremo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Agremo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Agremo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Agremo » click [Force Stop]

Update Agremo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Agremo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Agremo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Agremo.

Fix Agremo unable to contact server/ Agremo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Agremo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Agremo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Agremo
