Audio advertising just pops up. Sometimes the numbers are slow to react from finger press. I don't want any adds while playing but don't know how to discard them.

Close and restart the Sudoku app on iPhone
Update Sudoku app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sudoku iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sudoku on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sudoku network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Sudoku not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sudoku App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sudoku » click [Force Stop]

Update Sudoku to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sudoku App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sudoku » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sudoku.

Fix Sudoku unable to contact server/ Sudoku internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sudoku » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sudoku » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
