The worst app I try

When I saw this app at first I was like it looks great. But once I signed up and login to try some forms then the bad news comes.
First- the system is so slow even my grandma move faster than this system. Once I type a letter the system update itself but it just keep updating like it don’t know how to finish. FYI it make me feel like I’m back in 20 years ago using DSL internet service. But I feel DSL internet is faster than this app.
Second- it won’t allow me to change stuff at all and it won’t allow me to change the forms. Even when I add things in the forms “DSL mode” comes back.
You guys need to look into your app and don’t make people wait like 10 min to load something. I been waiting for the form to update over 20 min and still updating. Truths me people don’t every try this app due to it just a waiting game.
If you are on the field doing a form maybe the form will keep waiting for update you can’t even do anything. What a waste of this app. Best word to call it junk.
