To resolve M365 Plus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the M365 Plus App
1. On android, goto Settings » M365 Plus » click [Force Stop]

Clear M365 Plus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » M365 Plus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart M365 Plus.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click M365 Plus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto M365 Plus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
