I second everything the last reviewer shared. I have attended over 400 classes and reached the Y6 Warrior status for this, however my original home studio closed down. I have been an unlimited member for 3 years now, and apparently all of my classes were connected to the South Loop Chicago location which no longer exists, even though I have been attending classes at a new studio in Hyde Park for the past two years. I logged out and back into the app today, and suddenly it says I've attended two classes and does not recognize I have a membership at my new home studio in Hyde Park. The app won't let me register for a class at my home studio. The app should offer a way to merge data and track your total number of Y6 classes regardless of which studio location you attend. Please help fix this bug because other than this, Y6 Chicago is the best place!

Booking is a nightmare

Recent update no longer saves studios selected previously for booking besides home studio and got rid of filters besides teacher. I do a lot of virtual classes and previously was able to have unlimited studios selected and saved for booking and was able to filter by virtual. Now I would have to manually enter each studio each time I open the app and scroll to find virtually it would take me up to 30mins just to find a class. If this isn’t fixed soon I will sadly have to leave yogasix, this is not something I want to do as I love it but if booking is now this difficult it’s not worth it to me anymore. Also to mention I’ve been a member for almost two years with almost 250 classes taken and am out of town often which is why I do a lot of virtual. Am I the only one with this issue?

I have a One Pass via my health insurance that indicates I have 4 classes at Yoga Six each month. I went to Yoga Six once and the staff there allowed me access to their class - on their end using my One Pass App-
I absolutely loved Yoga Six!!
I Have the Yoga Six app on my phone and am a registered patron.
For some reason it will not allow me to book the three remaining classes that I thought I was entitled to each month via my One Pass.
There’s not an option on Yoga Six booking to utilize One Pass and the Yoga Six app wants me to pay money for a membership. I’ve emailed the yoga six help desk twice and called my home studio- no response. Frustrating experience that overall is taking away from the positive experience that I had with the Yoga Six class.
