There’s two rooms with a pull out couch and a full kitchen. Pots, and pans. Silverware etc. nice big king bed. Comfortable newer mattress. Nice bedding. I personally watched as the maid brought fresh comforters to the downstairs unit, so it’s all fresh. Everything works. A couple minutes walk to the beach. If you want beachfront you may want to contact to be sure. Everything is nice and quiet, and clean. Since Covid-19 you need to have a mash on in stores, and some restaurants you have to wear one to the table. Don’t let this scare you off! Avon cottages offers a nice place at an affordable price. The beach is amazing down here!! Definitely two thumbs up!! If I had an extra arm the thumb would be up! Definitely coming back here!! Next time I want beachfront though I have a bad back, and can’t walk far.

Awesome find especially for the last minute. I was involved in a wreck about 3 wks ago and I have friends over in that area who was so generous to let me leave my out of commission car at their house and then we are going to get a tow dolly and take it back home to Ms. The hotel is extremely close to the uhaul dealer and the busted up car. I just hope that the hotel is going to be as it’s been advertising clean and quiet is all that I ask for bc husband and son worked today and I packed and gave our 2 furbabies good bathes so they smell good and and they better keep their promise to have us 3 tired people and my 2 babies a room that is PAWS FRIENDLY.

I'm a deaf host and it took several years for me to get my listing approved because of accessibility issues yet they finally did in the end and I realize they are a huge company so for those of you who are deaf, don't give up. Keep finding ways to get thru to a live person. Calling the number that's given is one of the negative aspects for me being deaf and not having a full understanding of the phone system. If you have problems with a client, always try to work it out with the client and if they don't do their part, fight to clear your name. Keep meticulously accurate records. Follow their guidelines to the letter. Do not give up, ever.
