How to fix Boost Perks app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Boost Perks app on iPhone
Update Boost Perks app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Boost Perks iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Boost Perks on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Boost Perks network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Boost Perks not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Boost Perks App
1. On android, goto Settings » Boost Perks » click [Force Stop]

Update Boost Perks to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Boost Perks App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Boost Perks » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Boost Perks.

Fix Boost Perks unable to contact server/ Boost Perks internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Boost Perks » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Boost Perks » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
