Penta app not loading after login

Penta app still not working for making payments. Need technical escalation and quick turnaround. Receiving OTP for logging into the app but not getting the OTP for payment. Repeatedly in contact with support but problem still persist. Payment problem continues for past 2 months.

How to fix Penta app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Penta app on iPhone
Update Penta app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Penta iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Penta on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Penta network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Penta Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Penta not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Penta App
1. On android, goto Settings » Penta » click [Force Stop]

Update Penta to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Penta App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Penta » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Penta.

Fix Penta unable to contact server/ Penta internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Penta » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Penta » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Penta
