Worst experience ever
They are good in taking money but they don’t support you when you need. All the support methods in the application are scam. They will never respond to your email or anything else.

my advice don’t download
i checked the flight on the application it’s more expensive than the airlines itself by about 150sr.. plus they add VAT for non-saudis ONLY which is against the law and racist.
