If you have Voi or Tier nearby go for them.

They charge fines arbitrarily and lock the scooter so you can’t even park within allowed boundaries to get your money.

It was as expensive as getting a taxi for me for one ride!
So think twice.

I bought top package, that payment went through. When I try to unlock scooter, I’m getting “payment errors” so cannot use scooters even though payment for package went through without issues. I Tried adding different credit cards, same errors. Support blames “my bank” even though tried multiple different credit cards. As a result I have a package that I paid for and cannot use. Since it’s outside Apple store, cannot even ask for refund. Do not recommend unless you’re ok risking package money.

The scooter kept loosing power even when I wasn’t in a red zone. Waste of time and money to rent one in London because the entire city is a red zone. When we had to walk them through a red zone they would lock up but kept saying park me in a parking spot. Did not enjoy these my wife absolutely hated them.

We had so much fun trying the Dott. Hours later we have thousands of junk emails. They keep coming to my inbox. Had I known, I never would have verified. Please make this stop!!! Eight emails per minute... and not stopping.

I took a scooter ride In Turin with DottpreviouslyTIER and they charged me an extra €10 for exceeding limits of the city. But their app didn’t let me know about this until after I was charged. I Spoke a rep and he didn’t fix it. Next time, I’m sticking to Uber/Lyft or taking Bird scooter.

At conflict with maps that say it’s ok to ride in certain places but the scooter stops randomly even in places they show you can ride in. Don’t touch this

Tried 3 times, picked up 3 different units, 1st didn’t worked, second wrong area, third good area stopped because riding into wrong area. 30 euro’s down the drain.

Paid and it didn’t work

Tried two of the scooters back to back and they did not work. I was charged 3 times and I asked for help but no one responded

II put it on pause. Went to eat and they just notified me they had canceled. What’s the point of pausing?

When I really need DottpreviouslyTIER it wasn’t available to register.

DottpreviouslyTIER has a tendency to say you are in a no parking spot when parking the scooter with other scooters. Needs to be fixed

I’ve tried quite a few scooter companies in my city, but Dott was the one I kept coming back to. Comfortable scooters, good pricing, and really good customer service.

Only wish there was a monthly subscription models like some competing apps, and it would be nice if the speed limit were boosted a few km/h.

I have been using many apps, but DottpreviouslyTIER is amazing very simple and clear and fast

Could not get bird or lime to work with my data when not on wifi. Dott worked perfectly and the scooters all worked great.
