There’s nothing “low carb” or “keto” about the meals recommended. Today - my “task” was to “eat whole grains”?? Huh?
I can’t figure out how to cater the meal plan to MY needs other than choosing “Weight Loss”, “Improve Health” or “Build Muscle”
How about “reverse diabetes” or “prevent heart attacks” or “improve brain function”??
This is NOT a ketogenic diet app.
It’s the same diatribe we get from “health professionals” about eating a ton of grains and fruits… that’s not good for ME. It puts me in an inflammatory state, my skin and GI system and brain function thrives in a nearly-no-carb lifestyle.
