I have a problem with Escape Room

- The picture is already huge when loaded and won't shrink, making it difficult to type in the answer.

- The game has a level that doesn't work, even after restarting the phone, deleting the app, and updating the phone.

- The game doesn't provide enough hints, and the hint button is more useful than the answer button.

- To pass a level, the player just needs to write a one-word punchline to a cheesy joke.

- Some of the jokes are slightly more mature, and younger players might not be able to answer.

- The graphics are low quality and not enjoyable to look at.

- The game is not an actual escape room and is just a set of simple riddles with a one-word password to unlock the door.

To resolve Escape Room network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Escape Room App
1. On android, goto Settings » Escape Room » click [Force Stop]

Clear Escape Room App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Escape Room » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Escape Room.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Escape Room » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Escape Room » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
