Will not connect

The app will not connect. Have tried all troubleshooting. Tech support just sends you around in circles. They know it doesn’t work and just play endless games via email. Why ? Don’t they have programming at Porsche. It’s so bad that you might want to re consider your FAZUA purchase.

It works the first 30 seconds after you download it. Then, it recognizes the vehicle intermittently so the connection expires and you have to try troubleshooting every single minute. What a piece of junk of an app!!!
Does not connect to evation bike

Does not connect to evation bike system. I cannot create an account without connecting to the bike, but it won’t recognize the bike. I have a recent serial number remote fx.
