How to fix Rondevo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rondevo app on iPhone
Update Rondevo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rondevo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rondevo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rondevo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Rondevo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Rondevo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Rondevo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rondevo » click [Force Stop]

Update Rondevo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rondevo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rondevo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rondevo.

Fix Rondevo unable to contact server/ Rondevo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rondevo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rondevo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rondevo
