My Knock.com app has not been operating properly since Friday August 5th. All of my co-workers Knock app has worked so I am unsure of the issue with mine. Please advise.

How to fix Knock CRM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Knock CRM app on iPhone
Update Knock CRM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Knock CRM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Knock CRM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Knock CRM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Knock CRM Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Knock CRM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Knock CRM App
1. On android, goto Settings » Knock CRM » click [Force Stop]

Update Knock CRM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Knock CRM App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Knock CRM » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Knock CRM.

Fix Knock CRM unable to contact server/ Knock CRM internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Knock CRM » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Knock CRM » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Knock CRM
