Needs a lot of work

Nowhere near as good as the desktop version and when you bring that up in your phone, it is so buggy. Needs work

Not practical

I love using knock at my property. I can’t imagine living without it. The app is nothing like it. You can’t message prospects or residents, see engagement scores, schedule appointments, etc. You can see traffic & availability. That’s pretty much it. I hope this changes soon!

Pretty solid app, could use some improvements.

My biggest pet peeve is that sometimes when you switch between conversations, the conversation doesn’t always load. You then have to close the app completely to get it to work right. Also, I wish you could also get notifications just how you get them when using the desktop version. The thing I love the most, is that the app is confined by the 160 character limit when texting like it is on the desktop version.
