The phone app works great but this one not so much. The content is presented in a completely different way and it’s not as comprehensive at the phone app. I contacted them and left a message and haven’t gotten a response.
After trying for several days to open my ePaper without success, I wrote to customer service and still have not received a reply.
I have tried again today. If I hear nothing back I will cancel my digital subscription. Why pay for a blank screen?

The only thing that works with regularity is the taking of my $9.99 each month. I have a Apple phone and even when logged in, I can’t access the stories. You try to restore your subscription and it says you don’t have one. I’ve cancelled before for the same reason and it looks like we are heading in that direction again.
